We are happy and proud to say that from a simple idea 1 year ago we have now produced and delivery PIPE VCI Discs for storage preservation of two specialist CRA lined steel oil pipe projects.
Many, many thanks to all those who supported us and continue to support us. We hope for many more posts like this in the future.

Maybe not the most sophisticated test, but I attached 2 of the prototype VCI Discs (with metal weights to simulate equivalent VCI powder weight) to a PP basin in my shower room as a test of adhesion. The test commenced 28th July 2019 and the Discs are well adhered after 6 months (and counting) in a hot and humid environment. @ Guangzhou, China

My mold has had final surface finish touch up and the injection materials is confirmed... oh and the final colour is awesome 😎😁💛 Still have some work to do so not ready for the full details yet, but had to share a glimpse of the colour
