I talk about why I am opening an EQ Bank Savings Plus Account. I used to keep my money in a bank account with one of the big five banks in Canada, and it basically earned no interest at all. Bummer! So, I'm moving money that I have to keep in cash to this high interest savings account (1.7%). I'm putting my money in places where it's always growing now!
This isn't a full review of the EQ Bank Savings Plus Account. It's more of a documentation of my thought process about why I opened one.
