Please be advised that the storm is causing significant issues on roadways around the city. The situation is evolving but at this time, Whitemud Drive is closed between 156 St. and 178 St.

The following roadways are also flooding and emergency crews are on scene assisting drivers:

The Yellowhead from 82 St. to 156 St.
Jasper Ave. from 82 St. to 92 St.
97 St. between 104 Ave. and 105 Ave.

Please also avoid the area around Commonwealth Stadium and the Expo Centre including 112 Ave. from Wayne Gretzky Drive to 97 St.

It is advised that you do not travel unless necessary.
