I’m thrilled to announce I’m teaching the very first Art Medicine Retreat of 2025 in the magic of the !

Soooo, what is Art Medicine?

Simply put, it is a multi-layered, intuitive painting process…

There’s no artistic experience necessary!

During the process, we’ll deep dive into the flow state of guided meditation, stream of consciousness writing, and intuitive mark making, allowing for the canvas to be the doorway into the soul.

With each layer of the process, we will open to exploring deep values and desires [our seeds of the soul] through facets of mind, body, emotion, and soul- resulting in an organic, mandala-like portal painting.

If you didn’t catch it already, “Art Medicine” overlaps with the concept of “plant medicine” and shamanic practice- but not to fret- it’s a completely sober experience!

We’re only opening 6 spots for the retreat to allow for some cozy and connected vibes throughout the weekend!
