Stellar Accounts Corp. is a boutique bookkeeping firm in downtown Vancouver. We look after the books for dental practices, medical clinics and owner-managed BC corporations, and we are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our small team and grow with us.

THE ROLE
- Part-time to start, with progression to full-time
- In our downtown Vancouver office
- Pay based on experience
- Start immediately

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage your own portfolio of client files
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Full-cycle payroll, remittances and T4s
- GST, PST and WCB filings
- Month-end and year-end close

WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in Canada, working on multiple client files at the same time
- Hands-on experience with GST/PST returns and payroll
- QuickBooks Online and Sage 50
- Strong Excel skills
- A careful, organized approach and quick communication

Experience with dental or medical clients is a bonus.
