Our Owner/Executive Chef Alex Tung is launching a new venture called the Melt Shop Truck. It looks pretty cheesy, but we're sure it'll be amazing. Congratulations Vince Morlet and Chef Alex.

Who doesn't love grilled cheese?

Vince Morlet (The Grand Fromage) and Alex Tung (Head Cheese) are very proud to announce that on Friday May 18, 2018, we'll be launching the Melt Shop Truck. We could not be more excited to get the ball rolling and we look forward to serving you all very soon.

In a short amount of time, we've put together an operation we're super stoked about. We've assembled a fantastically cheesy team and we're very enthused about the summer ahead. We'll be offering inspired, but approachable MELTS and some cool extras at the BC Ferries Tsawwassen Terminal Tsawwassen Quay Market. We'll be located right next to the playground on a dedicated and exclusive food truck pad and we promise you can't miss us. Next time you are travelling to Victoria, Nanaimo or the Southern Gulf Islands, please come check us out. Allow us to serve you some delicious food and we will engage you with our Melt Shop hospitality.
