What started as our passion for helping people find the right mortgage turned into something even better: a family business.

Angie started working in mortgages in 2009 at a bank. She got her broker license in 2011, and by 2017, Victoria had her own license and joined the team.

Here's the part we're proudest of: we made a pact early on. If working together ever strained our relationship, we'd stop. But it never did - we just got stronger.

Today, we're owners of The Pettyjohn Team. We divide roles by our strengths, and we genuinely love what we do.

All we need are three things from you:
✔️ Your last 2 pay stubs (or pension income)
✔️ Your Notice of Assessment (last 2 years)
✔️ A piece of photo ID

And that's it! No stress, no fuss. Send these documents over and we'll handle the rest.
