With over 100 galleries exhibiting at Art Toronto, one cannot see everything. Our tour allowed for appreciating some wonderful works. Thank you to all that joined.

Don’t miss the largest art event of the year. Art Toronto runs Friday through Sunday (December 24-26) at the Metro Convention Centre.

Join me for a curated tour on Friday, December 24 at 1pm. Meet at the info desk at the top of the escalators once inside.

Spotted in Tokyo showroom. Discovered these works by Elaine Cameron Weir on a trip to LA in 2016. Back then Venus Over Manhattan opened a large space for young, emerging and experimental artists. Slides 4+5 are more recent examples from 2022. Powerful, elegant and beautiful sculptures.

New York art week was packed with gems including at the galleries, the fairs, Museums and auction previews. This included TEFAF, maybe the world’s greatest and most beautiful art fair. Bringing together modern and contemporary art with antiques, design and jewelery. Opening night oyster shucking and champagne are a decadent touch.

Visiting this fair you will always see things you have never seen before. A true collectors’ fair. New York is but a small version of the main TEFAF in Maastricht.
