Huge shout out to the Pineapple Counsellor program for their continued dedication to new Pineapple agents' success! In our recent session, our , Peter Weil - Mortgage Agent, led a fantastic workshop and provided valuable tips and tricks to help agents confidently tackle the client discovery call.

Peter passed on great insight from his experience building a successful business. With the help of workshop activities, agents were able to practice with each other to hone their skills and increase their confidence when speaking with clients! ✔ - The key to success is to understand the importance and value of a client discovery call. Learning how to approach the client and how to present yourself with confidence is priority number 1.
✔ - The discovery call is where the initial information for the client is provided to a mortgage agent, so it is super important to collect everything and have questions ready for the client.
✔ - Assessing the information provided by the client allows the agent to request the correct documentation and successfully underwrite or work with the underwriter to close the deal.
