A standout performer in Canada’s mortgage industry, Jordan Ellis earned his place among this year’s Rising Stars through a combination of relentless work ethic, deep mortgage expertise, and a client-first approach. Driven by a determination to build a successful future, Ellis entered the mortgage industry without a banking background and quickly established himself as a top producer, closing 125 mortgages in his first eight months in the business.

Today, Ellis consistently handles between 145 and 165 mortgages annually, representing approximately $50 million in volume, while continuing to expand into commercial lending. Known for his transparency, disciplined processes, and extensive knowledge of lender policies, he has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to clients across Atlantic Canada.

Among his many career accomplishments, Ellis achieved the highly coveted Summit 5 Producer designation for 2025 and 2026, a rare distinction for a broker in the early stages of their career and a testament to his exceptional performance and dedication to client success. He is also a recipient of multiple industry and business awards, including annual achiever recognitions and TMG Atlantic honours.
