A friend reminded me at Church last weekend, that her story is one of the "worst case scenarios" when her husband had a heart attack on a cruise. He had to have ambulances after being air lifted, and it wasn't cheap! Thankfully, they had options with insurance..... this discussion happened as I mentioned to het I had just done my own travel insurance as I prepare to go to England in a few weeks.
Make sure you have what you need, it's too late when you need it.....
