A refreshing, authentic approach to help people in their journey to find the right fit with insurance needs: An Insurance Professional – with a twist!

Kylie found her calling into the insurance industry after her Mum passed away at age 50, without a plan in place or insurance so that her family could continue without a financial burden. It resulted in the family home being sold, and her Dad working long hours, despite needing time to grieve.

Kylie worked with SunLife as an administrator/office manager in Strathroy, as well as a brokerage in BC, returning to Ontario to join Desjardin Financial Independent Network, as an advisor, then moving into a Broker role. She brings brining her own branding forward, with her knowledge, compassion and care. Pierson Insurance was founded in July of 2024.

Kylie believes that the insurance need of many, may not be with one company – she is licensed in Ontario with several companies to make sure that the fit is designed and tailored to the needs of her clients. Her focus is exactly that.
She has an office at home and meets clients where they are comfortable, this helps uninterrupted family routines. She is happy to meet at local businesses as well, supporting local business is important to her.
She is part of the Strathroy Lions Club and is known for her volunteer roles in the past with the Strathroy Rockets Jr B, Strathroy Jets, her work at the Strathroy Legion, and 1st Strathroy scouts to name a few… She has resided in Strathroy since 2008.

A recent 2026 Canadian Choice award winner! Kylie is grateful to the people that have helped her achieve her goals in the business, and continues to learn, currently working on RIBO to be able to offer home and auto options soon.

If you smoke the occasional cigar - you can qualify for non-smoker rates.
If you smoke a cigar a month and are paying smoker rates... let me know so I can guide you to a company that will not penalize you for the odd "puff"on a cigar.
Quick disclaimer: I don't make the rules! Ci******es are smoker rates! We all have our flaws... I drink wine... you smoke ci**rs.... NO JUDGEMENT!!
