Throughout his career, Steve has built a reputation for developing relationships, supporting professionals, and helping people see possibilities they may not have considered for themselves. Those qualities make him a natural fit for the Haystax team and the entrepreneurial culture we are building across Canada.
In his new role, Steve will be working with mortgage professionals throughout Western Canada, helping them explore what business ownership can look like within the mortgage industry. For many brokers, the dream is not simply to build a client list, but to build a business, create opportunities for others, and establish something with long-term value. Steve will play an important role in helping them navigate that journey.
