When I stepped into the mortgage world, I did it with big goals, big energy, and a whole lot of heart.

And I’m so grateful I did.

The clients who trusted me with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives… the conversations… the growth… the lessons… the people I met along the way — I wouldn’t trade that chapter for anything.

But here’s what I’ve learned:

Not every pivot is failure.
Sometimes it’s clarity.

Over the past year, I discovered something important about myself. The behind-the-scenes? The structure, the strategy, the organization, the compliance, the ā€œlet’s make this airtight and flawlessā€ energy?

That’s where I thrive.

That’s where I light up.

So I’m officially stepping into real estate administration and mortgage fulfillment/compliance full-time.

Less front stage.
More foundation.

Because every great deal needs someone obsessing over the details.
And that’s my sweet spot.

To every client, colleague, team member, and friend who supported me in my mortgage agent chapter — thank you. Truly. You helped shape me into the business owner I am today.

Dreams don’t always look how we first imagined.

Sometimes they level up.

Onward & upward. Stay tuned.

The mortgage stress test sounds intimidating — but it’s really just a buffer.

You don’t pay it.
You don’t ā€œlose moneyā€ to it.
It’s simply how lenders measure risk.

If you’ve ever wondered why your approval amount didn’t match an online calculator, this is usually why.

Save this for later — or DM me if you want to see how it applies to your situation.

Jumped on the ChatGPT caricature train and this is what I got.

When I asked why it picked what it did, this is what it said:

✨ Mortgage strategist energy (not boring bank vibes)
šŸ° Disney-adjacent main character aura
šŸ‘©ā€šŸ‘§ā€šŸ‘§ Busy mom of three who still gets sh*t done

ChatGPT is seriously the ult hype woman!

Buying your first home can feel confusing — not because you’re doing anything wrong, but because the process has changed a lot over the last 15 years.

Mortgages, rules, and lending strategies aren’t what they used to be.
And while parents and family mean well, the advice they’re sharing is often based on a very different market.

From Dreams to Doorsteps was created to bridge that gap.

Clear. Current. No pressure.

If buying your first home is on your radar — even as a future goal — this guide is a great place to start.

Most people think renewal is something you deal with when the letter arrives.

In reality, the best outcomes happen when the conversation starts months earlier.

Renewal is one of the few moments where you can reassess, reset, and realign your mortgage with your current life — not the one you had years ago.

If your renewal is coming up in 2026, starting early gives you options instead of pressure.

Down payments are one of the biggest reasons people delay the conversation — often unnecessarily.

There’s more flexibility than most people realize, and the ā€œrightā€ amount looks different for everyone.
Understanding your options early gives you confidence, not pressure.

2016 vs 2026 ✨

One baby on my hip…
now three girls walking beside me.

10 years of growth, chaos, laughter, tears, and love I didn’t know was possible.

If you ever doubt how much life can change — give it a decade. šŸ’™

Buying or refinancing doesn’t usually start with paperwork.

It starts with a plan — and timing matters more than most people realize.

If this is on your radar for this year or next, starting the conversation early gives you more options and far less stress.

ā€œI’ll just wait and seeā€ feels safe — until it quietly becomes stressful.

You don’t need to act today.
You don’t need to make a big move.

But understanding your options early changes everything.

Sometimes the smartest step isn’t doing something —
it’s learning what you could do.

Not all ā€œapprovalsā€ are created equal.

Knowing where you actually stand makes the entire process smoother — and saves you from last-minute stress.

If you’re unsure which step you’re at (or should be at), ask. That’s the smart move.

01/13/2026

Most people don’t avoid planning because they don’t care.

They avoid it because they’re afraid of what they’ll hear.

But clarity is always better than guessing — and planning early gives you options, not pressure.

If ā€œsomedayā€ is part of your plan, starting the conversation sooner is the smartest move you can make.
