When I stepped into the mortgage world, I did it with big goals, big energy, and a whole lot of heart.
And Iām so grateful I did.
The clients who trusted me with one of the biggest financial decisions of their livesā¦ the conversationsā¦ the growthā¦ the lessonsā¦ the people I met along the way ā I wouldnāt trade that chapter for anything.
But hereās what Iāve learned:
Not every pivot is failure.
Sometimes itās clarity.
Over the past year, I discovered something important about myself. The behind-the-scenes? The structure, the strategy, the organization, the compliance, the āletās make this airtight and flawlessā energy?
Thatās where I thrive.
Thatās where I light up.
So Iām officially stepping into real estate administration and mortgage fulfillment/compliance full-time.
Less front stage.
More foundation.
Because every great deal needs someone obsessing over the details.
And thatās my sweet spot.
