We are searching for a trustworthy and capable Plumber to join our company. Must have knowledge and experience in the construction industry and be able to deliver high quality work in a reasonable length of time.

Responsibilities and Requirements
-Accommodate shift deadlines
-Complete the required work in an efficient, high-quality manner. Work is to include but not limited to;

Electrician - Installing & repairing light fixtures and equipment, including switches & circuit breakers, handling of high and low voltage wires & circuits, troubleshooting electronic systems, materials pickup/delivery, mobilizing construction materials and appliances into units.

Carpenter - Demolition, Drywall, Carpentry, Painting, Cleaning, Caulking, Measure, cut, or shape wood and other materials using power tools, materials pickup/delivery, mobilize construction materials and appliances into units.

Plumber - Install, repair, & maintain pipes & fixtures, Measuring, cutting, bending and installing pipes using hand and power tools, using correct fitting and joinery based on job requirements, materials pickup/delivery, mobilize construction materials and appliances into units.

-Work closely with on-site staff, including Building Management, Property Management and Leasing Agents
-Provide feedback on any issues noticed within suites that require attention/intervention
-Employ a high standard of care and safety with vehicles, equipment, tools, and follow safety rules and regulations etc.
-Vehicles/trailers to be provided as required during working hours for use of the team
-Working from heights certified
-Minimum 1 years experience in construction
-The ability to follow blueprints and building plans
-Some knowledge of the Ontario Building Code is an asset
-Have a vehicle & Strong knowledge and ability to use power tools and working outdoors.
-Other duties as assigned from time to time
-Follow safety rules and regulations

Qualifications
-Positive attitude, problem solving, attention to detail
-G license

Miscellaneous
-Physical strength – maintain physical strength to regularly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day

Salary
Negotiable (based on experience)

A satisfactory reference check, criminal records clearance, and proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 are required for the position
