Two weeks ago we had our professional photos taken by the talented Kate Tadic Photography and I could not let this moment pass without acknowledging the people who make showing up to this work feel meaningful every single day.
Greg Keith, Certified Financial Planner does something that not every leader does. When asked for advice, he not only guides but also tells you what you do not need to do and somehow that is the advice that sticks the most. He explains things simply, which means I can explain them simply to the families I serve. And what I appreciate most is that he genuinely wants to understand our story as New Canadians. He does not just lead us. He sees us.
Angela Dibblee, Financial Advisor, is a breath of fresh air in every room she walks into. Angela has this way of giving advice that always brings me back to what matters most. She reminds me that I am a mother before I am a salesperson or an advisor. That I should put the mother in me when I sit across from a client. Protection over commission. Heart before numbers. I carry that with me into every conversation.
Theresa Danielle, our Operations Manager, I genuinely do not know what I would do without her. She makes sure every application is complete, every follow-up is done, and every question I have on the admin side has an answer. She is the quiet engine that keeps everything running.

Building something meaningful is never a solo act. I am grateful to do this work surrounded by people who lead with integrity, speak with honesty, and care about the families we serve.
