2️⃣ Evaluation & Determination — The insurer reviews everything and makes the final call on what's covered. We don't make that decision — but we make sure you're fully informed throughout.

3️⃣ Rectification & Closure — Once warrantable items are confirmed, we work with you and your builder to get everything repaired in a timely manner.
