We are pleased to announce that Jamie Murdock has been selected as the president of Financial & Insurance Conference Professionals (FICP), following a national executive search.

Jamie brings more than 25 years of hospitality and meetings industry experience, along with a strong record of leadership, industry engagement, and relationship building — most recently as the managing VP of sales and industry presence at Maritz.

As president of FICP, he will work alongside members, hospitality partners, volunteer leaders, and the FICP staff team from association management partner Smithbucklin to advance the organization's strategic priorities and continue strengthening the value FICP delivers to the F&I meetings and events community.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the members of the FICP Search Committee for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment throughout this process:
