We're wishing the communities of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band all the best this week as they recognize and celebrate Treaty Days 2026. A day in each community recognizing the relationship between First Nations, their treaty rights and the Canadian Government. LLRIB Treaty Days in each community:

Today (May 19th) - Hall Lake at the Sally Ross School,
May 20th - Sucker River at the Band Hall,
May 20th - Grandmother's Bay at Nihithow Awasis School,
May 21st, - Stanley Mission at the Community Hall,
May 22nd - Lac La Ronge at the Jonas Roberts Memorial Community Centre and,
June 5th - Little Red River at the School Gym.
