Feeling extremely grateful for my awesome clients who grant me the opportunity of selling their beautiful homes. Being placed in charge of selling someone's largest asset is a task I do not take on lightly, and the rush of presenting offers to them that reach well above the list prices is incomparable. The late summer and fall real estate market continues to prove that high buyer demand is still present. Despite the market being slightly less competitive for buyers when compared to earlier this year, we're still seeing a fight for these fantastic properties.

wanted to personally thank all my clients, family and friends that utilize my services and continue to approach me for real estate advice in this exciting and appreciating Ottawa market.The majority of my transactions are residential, but I'd like to announce this off-market SIXPLEX sale in WESTBORO that was, once again, achieved by cold-calling. I touched base with the property owner consistently over the past three years until he was finally ready to entertain an unsolicited offer from one of my multi-residential investors.

Persistence pays off in this industry and once again I have a very happy investor!

Never underestimate the value of door knocking. After selling the neighbouring property for over list price, I gained this listing next door by simply introducing myself in person. This resulted in another quick and successful sale and a very happy seller.
