Stepping into commercial insurance has been one of the most exciting seasons of my career.

It’s challenging, fast-paced, and there is SO much to learn — but that’s exactly what makes it rewarding. Every policy, every conversation, and every risk is different.

After years in personal lines, it feels incredible to finally dive deeper into the commercial side of the industry and continue growing. Huge appreciation to the people around me who are willing to teach, mentor, and push me to level up.

One thing that already stands out to me is the mindset here: recognizing people for what they’re naturally great at, while building support around the areas they may struggle with.

There’s something powerful about pause.

This time off gave me the space to reflect… on where I’ve been, where I’m going, and most importantly — who I want to be for the people I serve.

And I can honestly say… this next chapter feels aligned in a way I’ve been searching for.

Everything really does happen for a reason.
Every challenge, every shift, every uncomfortable moment led me here — to an opportunity that supports not just my growth, but how I show up for YOU.

💭 I’ve been asking myself some important questions:
• What makes me feel taken care of as a client?
• What makes people feel heard, understood, and supported?
• How can I simplify things that feel overwhelming?
• How can I go beyond just “doing my job” and actually make an impact?

Because at the end of the day… It’s not just about insurance.

It’s about trust.
It’s about guidance.

From long road trip laughs 🚗🎶… to sunshine and pool days 🌊☀️… to making the best memories with my favorite people — this trip was everything I needed and more.

We explored, relaxed, and soaked up every moment together. There’s just something special about stepping away from the busy and being fully present with family ❤️
