I love that I am able to help clients on their journey to home ownership. Your home is the largest purchase you will make in your lifetime and it is amazing to be able to be part of that for my clients. The only thing I enjoy more is reading the amazing comments and feedback that my clients leave for me. Blessed to have the bets clients, friends and family.

Good news for interest rates.

As expected the Bank of Canada raised the overnight lending rate by 0.25%, the lowest rate increase we have seen. What is important here is that they have indicated that the rate hikes will be on pause while they see what affect the previous 8 rate increases will have on our economy. While this may not be the last increase what it does indicate is that we are at the peak or very close to it and this should bring stability back to the housing market and our budgets. If this is the highest the rates go then the fear of big bumps in our future expenses begins to subside and gives us the feeling that worst is behind us.

Our food banks need our help. Andrea and her team do a fantastic job and even pick up locally ever week to support our community. Please reach out directly if you can help her fill the shelves!

📢 We need your help!!!! In our recent visits to the Food bank and Salvation Army, we were told that donations are at an all time low and shelves are looking bare.... Can you help?

👉 Remember! We pick up every Friday 10-12am. Porch Pick up style and your donation goes straight to: Burlington Food Bank, Salvation Army & Halton Compassion Society that very same day!

👉 Just send us an email at [email protected] with your name and address and leave the non perishable food items on your front porch Friday morning. Our pick ups begin at 10am!
