The best part?
Most variable mortgages can be converted into a fixed term after closing, so no long term commitment required.

So you may be able to:

• lock into fixed later if it makes sense

After almost a year of house hunting, missed offers, ups and downs, today these clients officially closed on their home. And honestly… I think they ended up with the best one.

So happy for these two and everything they’ve accomplished to get here. This is such an exciting chapter, and they found an incredible home in an amazing neighbourhood.
