Please listen to me.

Until you have the keys in your hand, your financing needs to stay exactly as we approved it.

That means:
• Don’t finance a new car
• Don’t open new credit cards or lines of credit
• Don’t rack up your existing credit cards
• Don’t change or quit your job without talking to me
• Don’t deposit random cash into your down payment account
• Don’t co-sign for anyone
• And PLEASE don’t make any big purchases on credit

Your lender can re-check your credit, employment, income, debts, and down payment right up until closing.

So until the keys are yours, no financial plot twists.
