Another busy week here at Plan Build Finance. It will be a multi permit week with projects located in GTA, London and Sarnia.

Here at Plan Build Finance we are busy solving project problems, assisting clients with business plans and helping everyone succeed with their goals!

We are currently working on garage conversions to ADUs, new ADUs and smaller scale multi-family buildings. We provide guidance to take your project from conception to construction.

Plan Build Finance is working with First Time Home Buyers across Southwestern Ontario connecting new home owners with financing.

We work with all Municipalities and Cities to provide Frist Time Home Buyers with assistance on their down payment for their first home.

Qualifications vary by County and City but generally speaking the following information is required for approval.
1. Must be a first time home buyer
2. Must be currently renting in the area you would would like to buy into.
3. Must have a limited networth as an example under 500k.
4. Must have a limited income as an example 115k

Unsure if you qualify but looking to get into a new home? Give us a no obligation call and we can work with yourself, the bank and the city to get you into a home.

In most cases the City or County will offer a 5% down payment and the funds are forgivable after 20 years.

Each municipality and county has specific criteria.
