​On our recent trip to Regina with our investors, we looked past the renovations to focus on the overall living experience and resident satisfaction.
Prioritizing the human element is a critical driver of value: it ensures stability, minimizes turnover, and bolsters the asset’s long-term health.

Last night, we were invited to the MLA Reception: The Continuum – Understanding Saskatchewan's Housing Future, that took place in Regina.🕍

​The event brought together key players from across the Saskatchewan's real estate industry, including policymakers, builders, agents, and property management companies. The sessions were focused and practical, offering a clear perspective on Saskatchewan’s housing market, emerging trends, and where new opportunities are forming.
​Beyond the technical insights, the evening reinforced the importance of staying closely connected to the market and the people shaping its future. We truly valued the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with our long-time partners and peers.
