I'm pretty honoured to have qualified for the 2025 World Financial Group Stock-Based Cash Awards Program.

Awards are always appreciated, but this one means a little more because it's really a reflection of the people who have trusted me over the years.

Every family we've been able to help, every client who's referred a friend or family member, and every teammate who's chosen to build alongside us has played a part in this achievement.

When I started in this business, it wasn't about awards. It was about creating a better future for my own family while helping other families do the same.

Today, that's still the goal.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to do work that I genuinely enjoy and to be surrounded by incredible clients, teammates, mentors, and friends.

Thank you to everyone who's been part of the journey. We're just getting started.

Throwback Thursday to Egypt 🇪🇬

Still hard to believe we got to experience all of this with such an incredible group of people. The sights were amazing, but honestly the memories made with teammates, friends, and leadership were the best part.

Byron and I are incredibly grateful for the friendships, mentorship, and opportunities this journey continues to bring into our lives.

We spent the weekend in Vancouver surrounded by some of the best in the business, and I’m reminded again how important environment truly is.

We had the privilege of learning from Mike Lipkin, and one thing he shared really stuck with me:
“You are only as good as the conversations you have with other people.”

It was such a powerful reminder that the people we surround ourselves with shape our thinking, our confidence, and ultimately our results.

When you’re in a room with individuals who challenge you to think bigger, communicate better, and grow into your potential, something shifts. The conversations become more meaningful. The vision becomes clearer. The belief becomes stronger.

Grateful to be building a business alongside people who inspire growth, encourage bigger thinking, and bring out the best in each other.
