New rules in place as of Dec 15th and what they mean for you!

-New insured cap is now set to 1.5 Million. This means that purchases up to 1.5 million can now be insured, which reduces the downpayment required. Previously it would have been 300K for a 1.5 million property. Now with insurance, its 125K.

-First time homebuyers or new home build are now eligible for 30 year amortization! Great way to get into the market with lower payments.
