Hey! I'm Joel! I’ve been doing home renovation projects for over 10 years, including kitchen remodels, basement finishing, bathroom renovations, outdoor landscaping & decks, smaller home improvement projects and entire house flips (including my own!). I pride myself on my workmanship and spent a great deal of time educating myself in this trade and the real estate market. Although this work took place in my spare time, it has always been something that I’ve been truly passionate about and good at! Nothing gets my juices flowing more than taking your dreary, out-dated space and putting some life back into it! Aside from that, I’ve spent the last 9 years as both Superintendent and Regional Manager of an Environmental Services General Contracting company gaining invaluable experience in the construction industry and is also where I met my future wife-to-be, Bailey!

Hey! I'm Bailey! I have a background in Public Relations and Marketing, with a passion for social media marketing and a creative flair for home design. With the last 5 years of my day job at the same Environmental Services Company as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, I was always counting down to the end of the day and weekends, where I could help Joel pick out flooring, tile, cabinets, you name it (& especially enjoyed demolishing a room to create a fresh, blank palette ready for new design)!

So, we started thinking and quickly realized, it’s a no brainer – why not take what we love most and turn it into our own company that will bring the same joy to others as it does to us! Together we took the leap and created Rider Renovations. With our combined skill-set, we bring you a team with a full suite of ideas and knowledge to get things done around your house (and believe us, we WILL hustle for you!). Whether you’re looking for a brand-new kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, some new flooring, tile or paint, landscaping or maybe you just need a little help prepping your house for sale – we would be happy to help turn your dreams into a reality. We understand the hesitancy of not knowing where to start and strive to keep your mind at ease from our first meeting right through to the end of your project. We’re always here to answer any of your questions at any time! After all, it's not only important to be comfortable in your own home, but also with your contractor! We aim to satisfy both! :)
