🌅 **From Fall to Winter in Cold Lake!** ❄️

It's incredible how just a day can change the entire landscape! One moment, we’re enjoying the vibrant colors of fall, and the next, we’re greeted by a winter wonderland. 🌳🍂➡️☃️❄️

Feeling so grateful last week! Thank you to Combined for hosting an inspiring leadership summit and for bringing in gold-medal Olympian Heather Moyse — I left recharged and reminded that I’m always learning.

The second half of the week I had the honour of attending the first-ever Indigenous conference here in Red Deer: She Heals, She Leads - International Indigenous Women's Conference. It offered powerful context for internal and mental growth and brought together an incredible group of strong, powerful women from all over the world (including guest speakers from New Zealand). I met so many amazing people who continue to overcome obstacles and lead with compassion and resilience.
