I can work with Equifax, a credit reporting agency, to update your credit report for various reasons, including:

Correcting Errors: If there are inaccuracies on your credit report, such as incorrect personal information or account statuses, I can dispute these errors and ensure they are corrected.

Updating Account Information: If there have been recent changes in your financial status, such as paying off a debt or closing an account, I can help ensure these updates are reflected on your report.

Adding Positive Information: In some cases, I can assist in adding positive information, like updated payment histories or newly established accounts, which can improve your credit score.

Removing Negative Information: If there are old negative marks that should no longer be on your report, such as outdated collections or resolved disputes, I can have these removed.

Rapid Rescoring: In some situations, especially when trying to qualify for a mortgage, once I’ve completed a dispute by removing negative information, within 24-48hrs your credit score will be updated!

These updates can be crucial in improving your credit score and securing better mortgage terms.
