What a whirlwind. 🍾Hats off to my clients and the successful sale of their beautiful home. 🧹 It is a stunning home to begin with and we worked together to prepare for market.

We formulated our strategic plan to list and did our best to forecast any pitfalls that may arise along the way so they were fully prepared for whatever may come in what has been an uncertain year in real estate. When we hit the market everything fell into place just as we had hope and we were very well received. Within days we were sold firm. A lovely new family will love this home just as my clients did.
