We’re pleased to share a construction progress update on Skyline Apartment REIT’s Lyndale Apartments in Lindsay, ON.

Building exterior is nearing completion, with pre-cast installation wrapping up and roofing and final waterproofing scheduled for completion in July. Interior framing is now well underway, while electrical and mechanical work has begun inside the building. Leasing is projected to begin in Spring 2027.

The project remains on schedule, with key structural and servicing milestones achieved to date supporting our leasing timeline and long-term value creation objectives.

Lyndale Apartments will play an important role in addressing the growing housing demand in Lindsay, offering a diverse mix of suites, thoughtfully designed amenities, and scenic river views.

Yesterday, we officially broke ground on our new residential development Rose Towers, located at 241 Queen Street East, Brampton, ON.

We were joined by Solmar Development Corp, our partner, along with dignitaries, investors, and stakeholders to celebrate this exciting milestone.

Once complete, the development will deliver 1,290 rental suites with ground level retail to Brampton, delivering much-needed housing with great places to shop and dine.

Rose Towers will feature luxurious, open-concept suites with high-quality finishes designed for modern renters. Residents will have access to a range of indoor and outdoor common amenity spaces, including fitness centres, lounges, barbeque areas, pet wash stations, and three levels of underground parking.

Construction is underway on a new No Frills grocery store at 1641 Topsail Road, Paradise, NL.

Store framing is now complete, with roof installation underway. Sidewalk and curb installation are scheduled to follow as the project continues to progress.

The new store will replace an existing No Frills located nearby, representing both a relocation and expansion of a strong tenant who required a larger footprint to meet unsatisfied customer demand.

Once complete, the plaza will be anchored by both grocery and pharmacy uses, representing the dominant retail asset within the surrounding retail market. While the site is already well trafficked, the addition of No Frills is expected to further enhance customer draw.

Adding another No Frills location to Skyline Retail REIT’s portfolio under a long-term lease supports stable income, consistent foot traffic, and long term performance, while reinforcing our focus on essential based retail that serves the everyday needs of Canadians.

SkyDev Construction Update - Construction continues to advance at Sky Towers in Barrie.

At Tower A, windows have been installed; corridor framing advances, and suite work is underway. Drywall and interior finishes are progressing well, and the model suites are beginning to take shape.

At Tower B, the structure has now reached Level 21 of 29, window installation continues, and key mechanical and electrical systems are being installed.

Sky Towers will play an important role in addressing the growing housing demand in Barrie, offering a diverse mix of modern suites, thoughtfully designed amenities, and panoramic views of the waterfront and city skyline.
