To celebrate another successful season with our student program, we’re highlighting the talented students who joined us this summer.

Students gained hands-on experience across Skyline in Marketing, Human Resources, Wealth, Property Management, Rental Applications, Fire & Life Safety, and Accounting.

For more than 10 years, our student program has helped students build skills, explore career paths, receive mentorship, and gain valuable real-world experience. For some participants, the experience has extended beyond their placement, with successful students transitioning into permanent roles at Skyline.

SkyDev Construction Update: Construction continues to make strong progress at Baycrest Apartments in Owen Sound.

In Building 1, installation of kitchen and vanity cabinetry is underway, with painting set to begin soon. At Building 2, drywall installation has started and electrical work continues to advance. Framing work is also progressing in Building 3.

The model suites and Amenity Building are now complete, with leasing set to begin this Fall. Join the waitlist at Baycrestapartments.ca to stay informed and receive the latest updates.

Our Q2 performance update is now live!

Skyline Industrial REIT continues to see strong leasing momentum across its portfolio.

During Q2, the REIT completed 10 transactions totaling 513,505 square feet* across Ontario, Alberta, and Nova Scotia.

Highlights include:

▪️A 60-month renewal agreement with Skilcor Food Products at 175 Nugget Court, Brampton, totaling 54,184 square feet
▪️A new lease agreement with an international beverage distributor at 10710 25th Street NE, Calgary, totaling 41,353 square feet

Year-to-date (as of the end of Q2), Skyline Industrial REIT has completed 21 transactions totaling 1,376,730 square feet* across Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, and Nova Scotia. This activity includes a 476,000-square-foot extension and expansion in Montreal and a record-setting 400,000 square feet of new leasing in Halifax.

These results reflect strong tenant retention, continued success in attracting new tenants, and ongoing demand for quality industrial space in strategic markets across Canada, reinforcing the strength of Skyline Industrial REIT's diversified portfolio.

*The square footage total includes properties in which Skyline Industrial REIT has an investment interest, including properties not wholly owned by the REIT.

SkyDev Construction Update — Construction continues to advance at Spencer Place in Simcoe, Ontario.

Building 1 is now complete, with leasing currently underway. Interested tenants can schedule a time to tour the model suites by visiting https://www.spencerplaceapartments.ca/. In Building 2, interior spaces are nearing completion, with finishing touches and preparations for leasing now ongoing.

Outdoor amenities are also taking shape. The patio is ready for tenants to enjoy, with seating and fire tables delivered and installed. The pickleball courts has been surfaced, with fencing and nets now in place, while EV chargers have been installed to support electric and hybrid vehicles on site.

Spencer Place has been thoughtfully designed to meet sustained rental demand in the Norfolk market.

Skyline was proud to support the University of Guelph President's Golf Tournament at Victoria Park East Golf Club last week as a hole sponsor.

Members of our Wealth Management team spent the day connecting with golfers on the course before joining participants for dinner. Jason Castellan, Co-Founder and CEO, Martin Castellan, Co-Founder and CAO, and Rob Stein, President of Skyline Clean Energy Fund, also participated in the tournament alongside Dr. Rene Van Acker, President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Guelph.

The annual event brings together alumni, community leaders, partners, and members of the University community to support student-athlete scholarships and opportunities.

The Halifax industrial market continues to demonstrate strong momentum.

In a recent interview with RENX, Mike Bonneveld, President of Skyline Industrial REIT, reflected on the leasing success of Bayers Lake Industrial Centre: "It's really within six months we went from zero to 100."

That surge in demand helped drive the 400,688-square-foot development to full occupancy, with three tenants secured and the largest industrial speculative lease ever recorded in Halifax.
