This past year included unit renovations, common-area improvements, security upgrades, operational changes, and plenty of problem-solving along the way.

Value-add real estate is rarely glamorous, but seeing a building stabilized and fully occupied makes the work worth it. ✅

It’s hard to believe it’s already been one year since we took possession of this building.

What a year it’s been. From day one, it’s been a mix of challenges, learning, problem-solving, and steady progress—and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We’ve worked through vacancies, upgrades, tenant turnover, and all the unexpected moments that come with owning multifamily real estate… and through it all, we’ve continued moving forward.

A huge thank you to our investors and partners for your trust and support. We truly appreciate you being part of this journey with us.
