RBC was named "Loyalty Program of the Year - Global" for the first time AND "Loyalty Program of the Year - The Americas" for a FOURTH consecutive year at the 2026 International Loyalty Rewards! No other loyalty reward program has won that many times consecutively in the history of the awards. This is good news for RBC and GREAT news for our Avion Rewards members.

Not only can you collect Avion points on everyday purchases, but there are also great bonus reward offerings on certain RBC products. Ask me for more information. I'm here to help you.

Check out this great new article on the realtor.ca Living Room Blog!

When searching for a new home, there are so many different things to consider, from space design to functionality. It can get a bit overwhelming, but this article also includes a downloadable PDF checklist for you to print out and carry with you as you look at homes. This will help you remember what you saw and in which house because, let's face it, at some point these features tend to blend into themselves.

Some key take-aways for me were:

- check for the number of outlets in high traffic areas (kitchen, living, bathroom) and where they're located.

- Think of your purchase as an investment. Even if you plan on living in this home for a long time, you should always keep resale value in mind when purchasing your home.

- Make a list of needs vs wants. By writing this out, you will have a better understanding on your "non-negotiables,"

Explore our house-hunting checklist to streamline your search, designed to help you manage and track vital details during property viewings.
