Councillor Jesse Ketler Councillor Jesse Ketler for the Village of Cumberland I am a 37 year old mother and small business owner who wants to see Cumberland thrive.

Cumberland is one of the youngest and fastest growing communities in Canada and I believe that we need a council that reflects this demographic. Unlike other rapidly growing communities, Cumberland is not funded by industry but is growing simply because it is an amazing place to live. However, this presents financial challenges for council when considering the maintenance of the villages’ current

infrastructure as well as new facilities and services. I plan on using my education in Integrated Water Resource Management and experience as an Environmental Consultant to help Cumberland meet the demands of a rapidly growing population without sacrificing its charm and small town feel. I love that we have so many great people here, who care so much about their community; it makes me very hopeful for the future and spurs me on to want to represent them and do my best to make Cumberland the home they envision.
