It seems every mortgage person in Canada is trying to get people to refinance their mortgage to consolidate debt. Mortgage companies are offering money, showing fancy charts or doing little videos.
Why would someone refinance a $450,000 mortgage at 2.5% increasing the rate to 5.%?
This is not looking after your best interests. This is commissioned sales people looking after their best interests.
There are so many things wrong with this and so many better solutions.
If never before, now is the time for an expert.

Private mortgages are funded through equity based lenders. Rather than approving the loan based solely on income/credit history, they will review the value/equity of your home. If you would like to learn more, give us a call.
