✨ Happy Birthday to Krista Rose in our Mitchell office!

We can always count on Krista to bring laughter to the Excalibur Insurance team! Since joining us in 2021, Krista has become a familiar face to our clients and a favourite among her coworkers thanks to her outgoing nature, quick sense of humour, and willingness to lend a hand whenever it's needed.

Whether she's helping clients navigate their insurance needs, sharing a laugh with her teammates, or teaching us how to do the worm at our Summer Staff Party (we even have video evidence), Krista never fails to bring an infectious energy to everything she does.

And since her birthday falls so close to Thanksgiving, we figured it's only fitting to say we're extra thankful to have her on our team! 🦃

📣 Calling all Grade 3 and 4 teachers in Ontario! 📚🚲

Excalibur's Read to Ride program is back for its 6th year, and we're looking for teachers who want to instill a love of reading in their students! Read to Ride nominations are open now until Sunday, November 15.

We will be selecting at least 6 schools to participate in this year's program. Lucky schools will receive printed materials, pizza parties, and, of course, brand-new bikes!

Michal joined the Excalibur Insurance team in May, bringing with him several years of experience as a licensed Insurance Agent. He has since earned his Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) license, as he makes the transition to the broker side of the industry.

As our newest team member, we've quickly learned that Michal is calm, approachable, and always eager to learn. Michal has already proven himself to be a thoughtful addition to our team. We're excited to see him continue to grow in his new role and get to know him even better along the way!

You never quite know which Excalibur Insurance office you'll find Amanda in! Whether she's working from Clinton, Mitchell, Exeter, or home, she brings the same positivity, kindness, and willingness to help wherever she goes.

With nearly 20 years of insurance experience, Amanda is an incredibly knowledgeable and very thoughtful Account Manager who genuinely listens to her clients and always goes the extra mile to make sure they feel supported. She's also the kind of teammate who's quick to lend a hand, share a story from her time in the industry, or bring a little extra energy to the workday.

Outside of work, Amanda loves spending time with her family, getting outdoors, and heading off for a weekend at the cottage.

🎉 Happy Birthday to our Personal Lines Sales Manager, Ken Colquhoun! 🎂

With more than 25 years in the insurance industry and nearly two decades as part of the Excalibur team, Ken has built a career around leadership, mentorship, and a straightforward approach that leaves very little room for reading between the lines!

Today, Ken brings that experience to his role as Personal Lines Sales Manager for both Excalibur Insurance Group and McFarlan Rowlands. He's a trusted resource for Sales Brokers across our teams, always willing share his perspective or offer some practical advice. His knowledge of the industry runs deep, and we're fortunate to continue benefiting from everything he's learned along the way.

Outside of work, Ken can usually be found on the golf course, traveling with his family, or relaxing by the pool.

This year marks an extra-special birthday for Ken! We will avoid the numbers and simply say: cheers to a milestone worth celebrating! 🥂 Happy Birthday, Ken!
