🎉 Happy Birthday to Commercial Account Executive, Justin Damsma! 🎂
Since joining Excalibur Insurance in 2009, Justin has become a familiar face around our Clinton office, and with his larger-than-life personality (and height), he's pretty hard to miss!
Friendly, outgoing, and always ready for a conversation, Justin has a way of making everyone who walks through our doors feel welcome. Whether it's a longtime client stopping by, someone looking for insurance advice, or a coworker passing through the office, there's a good chance Justin will find something to chat about. His ability to connect with people is a big part of what makes him such a great Account Executive.
With years of experience helping commercial and farm clients, along with firsthand knowledge of farming himself, Justin understands the businesses and livelihoods he's helping protect. He's always ready to head out to a client's farm, talk through their insurance needs, and find coverage that works for them.
Of course, we couldn't celebrate Justin's Birthday without mentioning his sense of humour. He's our resident jokester, always ready with a comment, prank, or something to keep the office entertained. And as the tallest member of the Excalibur team, he takes particular enjoyment in standing next to the shortest members of the team whenever a photo opportunity arises.
