Carla has been part of the Excalibur team for two years now and in that time we've learned that she's an incredibly genuine, resilient, and hardworking person. Outside of the office, her focus is all about what matters most to her — her family, her kids, and her grandbabies. Growing up farming in Huron County gave her a strong work ethic (and it shows in everything she does!), and she still spends time helping her dad and siblings out on the family farm, because once a farm girl, always a farm girl 🚜🌾

Lane is always working hard, jumping in when needed, and making sure his clients are set up with the right protection and support. When Lane isn't busy taking care of his clients, he's usually off to one of his kids' games because family time and cheering from the sidelines is basically his second full-time job. And while he doesn't always have time to join us for after-hour socials, when we do manage to get Lane at an event… he brings great energy to the team.
