Sometimes financing gets messy. There are roadblocks, extra steps, and moments where most people would give up. But around here, we shake it off, regroup, and keep looking for solutions.
I recently had the pleasure of helping a lovely young man, just 21 years old, one year out of trade school get approved for his very first home with 2% down. He put in the work all by himself, had grit and met every challenge head-on as it came up.
This one took teamwork, creativity, and persistence:
• Finding ways to make the numbers work;
• Paying down debt;
• Lowering a credit card limit; and
• Negotiating $15,000 off the purchase price.
That’s something I’ll always stand by in this business. If there’s a responsible way to make something happen, I’m going to work hard to find it. And if the timing isn’t right yet, we make a plan to get there in the future. I'll be in your corner every step of the way.
