The Age-Friendly Sarnia-Lambton Expo at the Point Edward Arena is TOMORROW (Wednesday the 6th)!! It’s an event for all ages with many businesses and organizations from the Sarnia-Lambton area! We are excited to be a part of it with staff from our head office, Lambton Mutual.
This year’s theme is “Empower Your Wellbeing: Learn. Connect. Prevent.”
The theme reflects their focus on providing hands-on
opportunities for all ages to connect with community supports, take steps to prevent illness, and promote long-term wellbeing.
The Expo encourages visitors to take an active role in
their wellbeing, discover tools and pathways for a
fulfilling life, and share in the belief that wellbeing is
a journey we explore together.
There will be walkers and wheelchairs on hand if you need one, food vendors, EMS, musical entertainment throughout the day, demonstrations such as Tai chi, Line Dancing, Senior Fitness, Macular Degeneration and more!
What a better way to spend a Wednesday!? Hope to see many of you in Point Edward!!

Kendra has had a remarkable first year with mainly our Forest agency, (but makes appearances in Brights Grove) consistently showcasing her compassionate and caring nature with every client interaction, whether in person or over the phone!
