Wasaga Adventure Park provided the ultimate experience for us today. The staff was outstanding and the atmosphere accommodated both adults and children of all sizes. Wow does time fly, its been almost a year since our last post so here are some pictures of one of our projects. This legal duplex features 3 large bedrooms up stairs, with large living room/dining room, eat in kitchen with plenty of storage, in unit stacker laundry, and 3 piece bath with tub. The lower unit is 2 bedrooms with 3 piece bath, in unit stacker laundry, good size living room/ dining room/ kitchen, and is above grade with large windows and walk out to back yard with french doors. It features an average size garage and parking for 4 cars. Rent both units or use it as your home with an income!
