How to help prevent a coin machine jam:

1. Do not fill the tray above the red line.

2. Before pouring in your coins, take a quick look for non-coin items like washers, tokens, or debris.

3. As you deposit, sift through the coins and make sure none are stuck together.

4. Do not wash your coins, especially with detergent or soap.

5. If coins are oily, wet, or sticky, please do not deposit them.

6. Coins that are stuck together are one of the most common causes of jams.

Following these steps helps keep the machines running smoothly. We appreciate it!

If a coin machine jams, here’s what to do:

Jams happen, and your coins are often still inside the machine. Here are 2 simple steps if a jam occurs

1. Let the store manager know right away.

2. Leave your name and contact information with the store manager so we can follow up if needed.

Our machines are monitored in real time, so we’re alerted as soon as a jam occurs.

Most issues are cleared the same day. If not, they’re handled the next day.

Thanks for your patience and for helping us keep the machines running smoothly!

We want to thank everyone who has been using our coin machines correctly. We’ve seen a noticeable drop in jams lately, and that makes a big difference for everyone!!

Just a quick reminder of what usually causes a machine to jam. Wet or dirty coins, foreign objects like screws, batteries, and other non-coin or trash items can all cause issues.

Taking a moment to check your coins and pour them in slowly helps keep the machines running smoothly for the next person. We really appreciate it, and so do the stores that host the machines.

Thanks again for helping keep things moving.

We’re expanding our coin machines into more Nassau stores.

For store owners, it’s simple:
• No upfront cost
• Low staff involvement
• Minimal floor space
• Monthly revenue share

Customers use it, staff don’t have to deal with coins, and the store earns from every transaction. If you manage a retail location and want to see if it’s a good fit, send me a message, and I’ll walk you through it.
