1. Commodity: Cassava Starch (also known as Tapioca Starch)
2. Origin: West Africa
3. Specifications:
• Purity: Minimum 99% starch content
• Moisture Content: Max 12-13%
• Ash Content: Max 0.2-0.3%
• pH Level: 4.5-7
• Whiteness: Min 90% (free from discoloration)
• Viscosity: Specify as per buyer requirements (usually between 700-1,000 BU for food grade)
• Granule Size: Typically 5-35 microns
• Foreign Matter: Free from foreign matter, impurities, and odor

• White, fine powder with a smooth texture
5. Packing:
• 25kg, 50kg bags, or bulk bags (1 ton), usually in woven polypropylene (PP) bags with inner liners
