Team Bahrain,

Please see attached file, containing RCBC directory of remittance tie-ups abroad.
All Middle East tie-ups have the bills payment facility which they call -TELEPAY.

So for their DP payments, just give your clients their reference number/CA number then go to any RCBC remittance tie-up near your client's residence/office then send their payments via TELEPAY. the only info they need to give is the reference/CA number. no need for RLC's bank account number. (SEE BELOW HIGHLIGHTED IN RED, email from RCBC)

To ensure that remittances will be processed via Telepay, it is important for your remitting customers to emphasize to the remittance centers/partners that the service code is "TELEPAY". Thank you.
