That's the test behind our Finance Management Academy and Controlling Academy, as Sara Wouters, Care Lead at TriFinance Belgium, explains.

Payroll → recruitment → business development → back home.

Thomas Coppens spent 13 years across 14 companies before realizing something: TriFinance was the one place the culture actually matched what he was looking for.

He helped grow our Public department from 5 to 22 consultants, then went on to help build TriHD from scratch. Now he's back full-time as Care Manager.

Young Graduate Program at TriFinance

Britt Vandewal: "You're not just a number, they really listen to what matters to you and which projects suit you best."

Britt joined TriFinance after her degree in Applied Economic Sciences, looking for a role where she could explore different areas of finance. Almost 6 months in, her first impression has only gotten stronger: "Thanks to the variety of projects, you gain a broad perspective on different roles within finance in a short space of time... That combination makes TriFinance the ideal place for me to start my career."

Some milestones deserve more than a certificate, they deserve a celebration.

On 20 August, 27 Young Hubs marked the end of their traineeship at The Outsider in Aalst: a day of activities, great conversations about the road ahead, and a graduation moment surrounded by the people who've supported them along the way. 🥂

Huge congratulations to this new generation of finance talent, this is only the beginning.
