Mohammadia Leather & Footwear Ltd. is looking for an experienced “Administrative Executive” for its manufacturing team. Interested candidates who meet the criteria are requested to go through the following job descriptions and apply.
- Position: Executive, Administration Department.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of strong working experience in the manufacturing industry as and admin executive.
- Educational Background: HR Graduate from any reputable university.
- Employment Status: Full Time

- Location: Dhulivita, Dhamrai, Savar.
Job Responsibilities:
• Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
• Monitor HR department’s budget
• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
• Manage employees’ grievances
• Create and run referral bonus programs
• Review current HR technology
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates
• Implement daily operations of the HR department
• Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
• Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get best pricing on supplies and services
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
• Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position
• Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Basic bookkeeping and math skills
• Proficiency in English
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
• Current in today’s office technology, and computer software including MS Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• High level verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion with personal and confidential information
