Rosey Hurst brings nearly three decades of global leadership in ethical trade, sustainability, and human rights innovation. Rosey has led multiple innovations in ethical trade, founding Impactt, the human rights consultancy, and Sedex, the global leader supporting companies to manage, assess, and report on their environmental and social performance in the supply chain.
She launched the Benefits for Business and Workers Programme in India, Bangladesh, and Myanmar, has collaborated with Awaj Foundation to strengthen worker negotiation skills, and specialises in applying social psychology to re-humanise workplace relations. She is a member of the Responsible Investment Advisory Council at Columbia Threadneedle, is a Visiting Professor in Practice at the Grantham Institute, London School of Economics and chairs the Modern Slavery Charity, Unseen.
