United Finance PLC has signed a Participation Agreement with Bangladesh Bank under the CMSME Working Capital Refinance Scheme, expanding access to affordable working capital for Cottage, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises across the country.

Mohammad Monir Uddin, Chief Business Officer of United Finance PLC, and Md. Zabdul Islam, Director of Bangladesh Bank’s SME & Special Programmes Department, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations at Bangladesh Bank’s Head Office.

As a Participating Financial Institution under the scheme, we look forward to helping eligible enterprises address working capital constraints, sustain production and protect employment.

United Finance PLC has signed agreements with Bangladesh Bank under the Refinance Scheme for the Development of the ICT Sector and the Refinance Scheme for Green Factory Building and Green Industry.

At a ceremony held in Bangladesh Bank, Mr. A.K.M. Nurunnabi, Director, Sustainable Finance Department, Bangladesh Bank and Mr. Mohammed Abul Ahsan, Managing Director (Acting) of United Finance PLC signed the agreements on behalf of their respective organisations.

The agreements mark an important step toward strengthening financing support for the growth of the ICT sector and for green industrialisation in Bangladesh.
