It is dedicated to working with individuals, challenged communities and other development and humanitarian partners to overcome people’s vulnerability and sufferings irrespective of their religion, race, ethnicity or

gender. Inspired by the core values of Islam, it strives for creating an egalitarian society free from poverty and injustice. Masjid Council has been implementing different development programs and campaigns to ensure socio-economic development of the target beneficiaries and also to promote the culture of cooperation in partnerships with the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Bangladesh Government, Commonwealth of Learning (COL), USAID, UNAIDS, World Bank, Social Development Foundation, Asia Foundation, BRAC and UNICEF.
