Crown Venture Capital Ltd (CVCL) has been awarded the ‘Alternative Investment Fund Manager’ Certificate by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) under Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Alternative Investment) Rules, 2015 on 4 Dec 2018. As a Fund Manager, Crown Venture Capital Ltd will be able to raise and manage the Venture Capital, Private Equity and Impact Fund in Bangladesh and abroad. Md.
