Summit Power Limited (SPL)
Presently, Summit Power Limit has operational and under execution projects is excess of 500 MW in different locations of Bangladesh. Summit Turbine Power Plants in association with General Electric (GE). Summit Bibiyana-I Power Company Ltd. Summit Bibiyana-II Power Company Ltd. Summit Meghnaghat Power Company Ltd. Together, these projects have over 1000 MW under development. Khulna Power Company Limited (KPCL)
KPCL currently operates a 110 MW, barge mounted power plant in Khulna and has recently expanded another 115 MW power projects. Summit Communications Ltd (SCL)
SCL holds a Nationwide Telecommunication Transmission Network (NTTN) license and provides fiber optic backbone connectivity to over 35 clients namely Airtel, Qubee, Banglalion in Dhaka. CFL is currently in its development stage, holding a license to operate as a merchant bank in Bangladesh. Summit Shipping Ltd (SSL)
SSL owns 6 oil tanker vessels and it is the only indigenous Bangladeshi company to be engaged in liquid fuel supply to power plants. SSL is in the process of acquiring 2 ocean going tankers each of 20,000 MT capacity and 2 more coastal tankers within this year. SSL has also implemented ISO 9002 Quality Management System (QMS) in 2001. It is the first ISO 9002 certified shipping company in Bangladesh. Summit Alliance Port Limited (SAPL)
SAPL is an off-dock port service provider including ICD (Inland Container Depot) and CFS (Container Freight Station) facility for both import and export cargo handling on 30 acres of freehold custom bonded Area. It also has two purpose-built warehouses, comprising a total of 227,500 square feet, for handling export cargo with all modern amenities including cross-docking facility. SAPL also has 20,000sft specialized hanger shed for import cargo. SAPL is currently setting up a river terminal in Naryanganj, the first of its kind in Bangladesh under the umbrella of another wholly owned subsidiary, Cemcor Limited.
