Post : Territory Sales Officer (TSO)
Job Description / Responsibility:
1. Should have sound knowledge and experience in FMCG market
2. Build and execute sales plan for assigned territory with minimal managerial oversight
3. Should be capable of running the Territory as a profit center head
4. Achieve targeted business volume
5. Set & achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan
6. Should be capable of handling minimum 8 Sales representatives and work as a whole team.
7. Visiting the sales market regularly, working with colleagues and customers and identifying or resolving urgent issues
8. Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
9. Prepare daily work report as well as week closing report daily and a summary report at the weekend.
10. Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
11. Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty
Job Nature :Full-time
Educational Requirements:
Minimum Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
At least 2-3 year(s)

Salary Range : 20000 taka + TA/ DA
